From 6 to 8 September 2024…
I was present with my pictures at the INCart fair art fair in Hamburg - an exciting event full of new encounters.
The great response to my exhibited works moved me and confirmed that I am on the right path. Each of the exhibitors, with their own techniques and inspirations, sets out in their own direction - and I in mine.
As the photographs suggest, I tried to present a cross-section of my work: from the “Edition Kleine Pastelle” through serious pieces from the “Mysterium Paschale” cycle to newer works such as “Erkenntnis” (“Recognition”) and “Nichts ist Geheimnis” (“Nothing is Mystery”). In homage to the large works that hung in the Rheingauer Dom, the painting “Im Anderen” (“In the Other”) had of course to be included.
The reactions were so varied and inspiring. I can only emphasise it once more.
And with all these new ideas and impulses I travelled home.
