1. Scope and Seller

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the shop at sylvia-wolff.de. The seller and contracting party is:

2. Subject of the Contract

Offered are hand-made original artworks (pastels). Each work is one of a kind and available only once. Images on the website (including room mockups) are for illustration; minor deviations in colour and format may occur for technical reasons.

In addition, art cards and wall calendars are offered as multiple copies (stock items).

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of works is not a binding offer. By clicking “Buy” you are forwarded to the payment page of my payment provider Stripe. By completing the payment you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected work. The contract is concluded upon my confirmation by e-mail or upon execution of the payment.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are final prices in euros. Pursuant to Section 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation), no value added tax is charged and therefore none is shown separately. For shipping costs, see Section 6.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by the payment provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Depending on availability, options include credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery

Originals: The originals are on display until 3 November 2026 at the exhibition in the Oberkirche St. Nikolai, Cottbus. Delivery therefore takes place after the exhibition ends (from November 2026). The stated purchase price does not include shipping. Shipping costs depend on size, weight and destination and are agreed with you personally and individually after purchase; a binding amount is communicated to you before dispatch. Alternatively, free self-collection by arrangement is possible.

Art cards and wall calendars: in stock and shipped promptly. Shipping is €1.80 per order, or €5.10 if the order includes the large A3 wall calendar; shipping is free from an order value of €35.

7. Retention of Title

The work remains my property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the cancellation policy.

9. Copyright

With your purchase you acquire ownership of the physical work. Copyright and all rights of exploitation and reproduction remain with the artist Sylvia Wolff.

10. Warranty

The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply.

11. Consumer Dispute Resolution

I am neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
